Sports Pitch Design
Verde Recreo have the in house capability to produce a complete design solution. We can carry out full site surveys and ground investigation, and work closely with clients and end users to produce concept drawings that meet their requirements.
Different sports place different demands on the surfaces on which they are played and the selection of the correct surface is critical to the success of the project. At Verde Recreo we have a carefully selected range of sports surface solutions to suit all end user requirements and project budgets and can offer expert advice and guidance through the selection process. Our range of sports surfaces include synthetic turf surfaces, polymeric and sandwich systems for athletics tracks, indoor polyurethane sports flooring and acrylic coated macadam (tarmac).
Verde Recreo offer a turnkey package, so not only will we ensure that we provide you with the most suitable playing surface, we can incorporate floodlighting, fencing, access paths, car parking and sports halls into the design to enable the best possible experience for the end user.
Sports Pitch Construction
We believe that building successful relationships means successful builds. Over the years of working in the sports pitch industry, we have developed a team of groundworkers, fencers, electricians and specialist sports surface installers.
We utilise state of the art plant and equipment, from laser controlled dozers and paving machines to sand spreading dumpers and pitch groomers all operated by experienced, qualified personnel.
All materials and workmanship are monitored and checked at every stage of construction, it is our attention to detail that sets us apart.
Sports Pitch Maintenance
The handover of a completed project is just the start of your relationship with Verde Recreo. The first 12 months after a new artificial pitch has been laid are crucial in terms of both the playing performance and lifespan of the product. Verde Recreo will carry out inspections at 3, 6 and 12 months to check infill levels, seam integrity and to assess the maintenance regime.
We also offer a full maintenance package that can be tailored to your specific requirements including regular brushing, de-compaction, seam repairs and moss/algae treatment.
If poor drainage is becoming an issue on an established pitch we can also undertake a complete re-juvenation of the surface.
